We had an amazing stay at Club Med Kiroro Peak! Excellent service, excellent staff, excellent snow, and absolutely fantastic ski and snowboard instructors. Everything exceeded expectations — we honestly have no complaints at all. The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming, and it’s a great place to meet new friends from all over the world. The team made the experience truly special — special thanks to Emily, Ai, PJ, Sal, Batu, and Eva the Chief for their wonderful hospitality and energy. The ski instructors were top-notch — Marusa, Monty, Anna, and Boyan were professional, encouraging, and made every session so fun and rewarding. Can’t wait to come back again — highly recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable ski holiday!
A wonderful stay that felt very exclusive and cosy. Food was great, service was good. Perfect powder snow for skiers of all levels.

Kiroro Peak is an absolute pleasure to experience. From the outstanding kindness of the staff to the spotless organisation, spanning everything from transportation and room service to ski lessons…every detail was handled with precision.
The F&B offerings were impeccable : special thanks to Chef Gabriel, Maki and the whole restaurant team for treating us with exceptional plates everyday.
The ski instructors team is truly outstanding! Heartfelt thanks to Mersila, Boyan, Eden for their expertise on the snow, Gilbert for coordinating the lessons and his warm greetings every morning and Martine from the ski shop…your positive energy made our day on the mountain a pleasure.
Even when the slopes had to close due to bad weather condition, the team pivoted seamlessly, organising yoga, Pilates, and trekking for the guests.
The nightly events added a wonderful touch to the atmosphere, thank you Batu & Loïc.
This level of efficiency and gregarious service is a testament to the leadership of General Manager Eva, whose influence clearly shines through the entire resort operation.
