Special treatment received by Nelson taking good care of us always by our side .Xavier did everything above standard for us .Richie our butler became such a friend to us .Gary Maria at reception kept us company at every meal there are names I don't remember but thank you for everything to all the staff. Best team ever.food was excellent .atmosphere was great so much fun.thank you

When we visited this resort previously, we liked it that much that we wanted to go back. A bad idea that everybody we know not recommended at all. So we were a bit worried. Were we so wrong in wanting this? Long story short: We weren't! The villa and butler Sooraj were - again - above expectations. The enormous - due to the incredible real nature - resort offers so many options and the incredible GO team completes the experience. Big thanks to our butler Sooraj; to Xavier, the Villa's Manager who is always everywhere and has a personalized approach for each GM; to Francesco, with the incredible welcome at every restaurant visit; Joe, who puts the word 'Power' in the 'power marches' and to too many of the greatest people at Albion!
