Best week ever every thing was great the room the weather the ambience was so great the teen club GO Florian and Alexie was just great and Matthew at basketball was good

We loved our stay here. Recently refurbished there is a lot to enjoy. The new water park with 4 large slides, a bouncy pillow pool, and lovely slide and splash for smaller children is just brilliant!
As always with the Club Med there are certain things you can expect - excellent food (both in terms of choice, quantity, and quality), lovely staff, loads of entertainment and so on. We didn't make use of the childcare (mini club) but saw lots of happy kids being well looked after.
Great key system - your resident's wrist band has a small circular token on it which is your room key and safe key. This was particularly good knowing all family members had a key with no risk of losing it!

I'm an old school Club Med fan and always know I'll enjoy the atmosphere - if you have never experienced it before I do recommend it!

We just spent an excellent week at Club Med Punta Cana. The accommodations were great, the beach and pools were excellent, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The food and new bar/restaurant were fantastic and the activities offered were endless. Great opportunity be as active or relaxed as you want to be. Evening entertainment was fun, especially on Halloween! I cannot say enough great things about Miguel the Sports Manager and Samarun the Asst. Chef de Village who made our trip extra special. Looking forward to going back again and again!

Had such a great time at Punta Cana Club Med. Site is beautiful as there was intense reconstruction following a fire in 2024. Was lucky enough to be a guest in the Zen section (adults only - rooms are beautiful and bathroom is huge with all the latest shower and bathing products) with gorgeous adult pool and bar where Patricio and Richard served us the best cocktails!
There are so many activities to do ranging from stretching with Melanie, golf clinics with Jorge - aka the Dominican Tiger Woods who have awesome techniques, tips which actually made me want to go again and keep playing once I headed home. Also had the chance to meet Pablo who was so nice and entertaining. Other GOs that we had the chance to interact with during our stay : everyone magnificent such as Samarun, Gaëtan, Laurianne, YouYou, Hector the wine specialist, Nella at reception, and so many others!

I loved my vacation at Club Med Punta Cana - there are so many activities golf, kayak. Tennis, archery, trapeze, circus, yoga, gym, running and walking sessions, as well as all the themed nights were so well organized. The GOs are truly happy and interested in taking the time to talk to us, making my vacation feel so personalized!

Pools are beautiful, unfortunately the ocean wasn't cooperating that week with tropical storm Melissa who barely touched us as she passed by. There was alot of sargas that the ground keepers cleaned up, keeping the sandy beach impeccable.

I'm saving the best for last - the food. It was amazing, we had a whole bunch of people with different tastes andrestrictions and everyone ate to their heart's and belly's desire. I can't wait to go back and also experience even more Club Meds across the world. They are definitely worth every dime.
