Punta Cana Dominican Republic

I had a good time with my friends and family. Although at times the food was not the best the crew who was working there including the bartenders, waiters and the people to party were very nice. Although there were some issues all of the workers were very proactive and made our trip nice.

Another wonderful trip at Club Med Punta Cana in the books! This was my 4th time at this club and there’s a reason that I keep coming back. The staff is simply THE BEST, the beach is beautiful and tranquil, the food is delicious, the views are breathtaking, and the Club Med spirit is palpable. While there are many staff that go above and beyond to ensure that you have a wonderful stay, there are certain ones that stand out.

At Indigo, Elisa, Leidy, Angela, Solyani, Youness, Juan Pablo (manager) and the head chef (Chef Antonio) have become like family to us. The entire staff at Indigo as exceptions although we can’t remember everyone’s names. We are always greeted with hugs and kisses that are genuine. They always anticipate our needs and bring us our favorite foods and drinks often before they are even ordered. They all set a high standard for service and make us feel so welcomed in their presence. Chef Antonio even made special dinners including a seafood platter with glasses of champagne for my family and I that were outstanding! Not only was the food delicious but it was beautiful. He even made us special food for our flight home.

At Hispaniola, the service is also very high. Sherius is the manager and always made an effort to check in and ensure that you are satisfied and is always receptive to feedback. Always so nice to be welcomed by is warm smile. Chef Jackson was top notch in adhering to our special requests and far exceeded our expectations time and time again.

For entertainment, Dani and Ricardo were always friendly and made extra effort to engage with us and my son to make sure that we were having a good time. Miguel was very accommodating and personable and spent a good amount of time speaking with us to learn more about us and to ensure that our stay was extra special. I saw him extending this courtesy to many guests and he is so perfect for his role. He is sunshine embodied.

While there was construction going on and the reduced capacity was felt, we still enjoyed our stay and found the construction to fade into the background. We already booked to return in September and can’t wait to go back and be with our wonderful friends/family again!

Whether it was resolving unexpected issues like delayed luggage at the airport or ensuring our VIP guests were well cared for, Meaghan was always one step ahead. She anticipated our needs, remained consistently available, and even lent a hand during her personal time, going above and beyond every step of the way. My stay at Club Med Punta Cana was truly unforgettable! The entire staff went above and beyond to make every guest feel valued and welcome. A special shoutout to Le Chef du Village, Abdel, and Samarun, whose genuine care and dedication ensured that each moment was exceptional. The entertainment team, especially Pepito and Youyou, consistently delivered top-notch live music and shows every night, creating vibrant and memorable experiences with impressive professionalism.

What stood out most was the infectious positivity of the staff—they clearly loved engaging with guests, which made the atmosphere warm and energetic throughout our visit. Getting to know Miguel and the rest of the sports team was a highlight, as they encouraged us to step out of our comfort zones and try exciting new activities like kite surfing.

Overall, Club Med Punta Cana offered an incredible experience filled with joy, adventure, and exceptional service. I can’t wait to return!
