I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional ski instruction from Fabrizio we received during our week at Club Med Progelato. His passion for skiing and dedication to teaching truly made a difference in whole experience.

From our very first lesson, it was clear that Fabri had a deep understanding of the sport and an innate ability to convey that knowledge to us. His patient and encouraging approach helped me overcome my fears and significantly improved my skills on the slopes. I appreciated how he tailored the lessons to suit our individual needs, ensuring that we felt both challenged and supported.

Fabri's enthusiasm was infectious, and I loved how he made each lesson not only educational but also fun. The tips and techniques he shared have given me a solid foundation for my future skiing adventures.

Thanks Fabri once again for your outstanding, guidance and support. We truly enjoyed every moment spent learning and look forward to returning to the slopes soon!

My first experience of Club Med. The excellent things (superb ski guide Ime, lovely room and great food) easily outweighed the less good (irritating delay at the airport, dreadful check in experience, rather cramped bar and resort skiing far too busy on Saturday to enjoy skiing)

Club Med is very good. Quite varied food. Great option for those who want to go with a young person, as they have night parties. The staff is also very attentive and very warm. The boys who work there were great, like Rodolfo and others. It's really worth getting to know club med.

Our second year with Club Med (Val Thorens in 2024 being the first) and I have to say that Club Med Pragelato-Sestriere was great. The layout wasn’t what we expected - the accommodation was in individual chalets rather than a single building, but our room was the closest to the central hub so it wasn’t an inconvenience.

The room was great as were the facilities, and the buffet was exceptional - on the food, I’d say give the specialty restaurant a miss (our experience there wasn’t great) and if you stick with the buffet you will not be disappointed. Our interraction with staff was great, and they were very friendly and helpful.

The arrival / check-in / skis and boots collection process was a little ramshackle, but only to be expected on a very busy changeover day with 600 new guests arriving. Not quite ski in / ski out (as was the case at Val Thorens) but the gondola was a 1 minute walk across the courtyard from the main entrance. As for the lessons / ski guiding, 100% excellent, and our instructor Umberto was a gentleman, and our experience with him throughout the week was great.

Overall, I’d say the week was great and I’d have no hesitation in recommending Pragelato, and would happily return.
