This is our forth time in Club Med Punta Cana. It feels like a second home for us. The GOs and staff are so welcoming, professional, efficient and attentive to details that we keep coming every year. The location, rooms, atmosphere, food, service and the mini club are all great. It's a great value and it makes you feel on vacation from the start. We start with the guest relations GOs Fabie, Sephara, Leika and Rajaa — you made us feel so welcoming with your heartwarming smiles, your professionalism and attention to details which made the all difference during our stay. A very special thanks to Nella who is always there making sure things go smooth during our vacation. Cristel thank you so much for always welcoming us at Tiara and your amazing performances. We cannot thanks enough Chef Mario, Executive Chef Virginie, Sous Chef Franklin Jose Rodriguez, Sous Chef Edwin, Wilson, Chef Pastelaria Luís, Marino and Sous Chef Ewin for the amazing food. For breakfast, lunch, dinner, and our wedding anniversary you spoiled us with heartwarming dishes. The service at the restaurants Hispaniola, El Mundo and Indigo were welcoming and efficient. Special thanks to Maritza, Nairobi and Juan Pablo manager restaurant at Hispaniola for always welcoming us with a smile and joy. At El Mundo Juan, Ramon, Eddy, Raul ,and Johnny the restaurant manager were amazing, always making sure we get a good table and everything we needed during our dinner. You guys are amazing. At 6-7 years old Mini Club, special thanks to John, Vladimir, Peterson, Fabiola, Lilie, Samuel, Lounedia, and Wisline. You guys are amazing professionals who made our daughter's stay at Mini Club an unforgettable experience. Arthur the family manager, Flo the supervisor for Mini and Juniors and Davison Mini and Juniors manager —you guys are outstanding. Thank you for your professionalism, patience, support and understanding. You guys rock. A special 'thank you' to Alina at Indigo bar for her amazing margaritas. For the entertainment, Yusuf the choreographer — unbelivable shows which made our evenings exceptional. All this was possible thanks to the amazing leadership skills and professionalism of the chief of the village Abdel. You all made your stay an unforgettable one. Thank you.

We had an excellent experience at Club Med. It was beautiful, relaxing, and a fun time.

Thank you Club Med Punta Cana for making our first all-inclusive trip memorable and special. My sister’s family along with my kids and I also celebrated our parents’ 50th wedding anniversary there. So, in total - we were a group of 10. Food, drinks, rooms, pools, and activities were fantastic. We’re grateful for the staff especially our G.O., Rajaa, who made our stay extra special. Even though we went during the start of storm season - we only experienced rain overnight for one day. The rest of our stay were filled with sunshine and very warm temperatures. Again, we appreciate Club Med Punta Cana - cheers!

From the moment I arrived at Club Med, I knew I had made the right choice. Cristel and the entire staff were absolutely amazing. The level of hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail was beyond anything I expected. They truly go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed, valued, and cared for.

The food, the drinks, the atmosphere, the cleanliness, and the entire resort exceeded my expectations. What impressed me most was how the resort manages to create an experience that is both family-friendly and enjoyable for adults, while still feeling incredibly safe, secure, and peaceful.

I specifically chose Club Med because I was traveling with my elderly mother, and making sure she felt safe and comfortable was my number one priority. I cannot say enough about how incredible the staff was to both of us. They went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of, and for that, I am truly grateful. The entire Club Med family made this trip something I will never forget.

My three best friends came along too, and we all got Club Med suits that were just a vibe! It made the trip even more fun and memorable, and we loved experiencing it all together. To make everything even more amazing, one of my friends and I were both celebrating our birthdays during the trip. The way everything came together was truly unforgettable—from the special dinners and all the different delicious foods to the thoughtful welcome gifts and the beautiful decorations in our rooms. Those personal touches made us feel so celebrated and made the entire experience even more special.

And if you come here, the lobster tour is a MUST! 🦞🌴 It was such an incredible experience and definitely one of the highlights of our trip.

As for the sunburn… 😂☀️ Let's just say it hurt so good! But even that will be a funny memory I'll look back on.

Honestly, I already know looking out at my backyard back home is never going to feel quite the same after experiencing this place. There is something truly special about being here. The beauty, the people, the energy, and the memories all come together to create an experience that is hard to put into words.

To Cristel and the entire Club Med team: thank you from the bottom of my heart. You didn't just provide us with a vacation — you gave us an experience and memories that my mother, my three best friends, and I will cherish for a lifetime.

We were extremely impressed by the incredible range of activities available at Club Med Punta Cana. Every member of our family had a wonderful time, and we were genuinely surprised by just how much there was for everyone to do.

While all of the staff were excellent, we particularly want to recognize the Circus team — Anthony, Emmanuel, Manu, Gabriela, Francesca, Frankelis and Arkadii.

The Circus team was absolutely incredible. They were all exceptionally talented, and their technical skills were impressive, but what stood out most to us was the way they interacted with the guests. They were incredibly encouraging with all of the children and created an environment where everyone felt comfortable trying something new.
