Our experience has been fantastic, the hotel is set up and well experienced in accommodating novice skiing families like ours.

I especially liked the way the kids club ski lessons were arranged to allow my wife and I to also learn without having to constantly worry about the kid’s schedule.

The food and drinks options were great and staff were the usual high engagement and helpful standard I have come to expect from Club Med.

The trip cost quite a lot of money and I was sceptical for sure but I think the family are already voting to book again.

From my experience it is worth looking into private transfers from the airport to hotel as the cost is not that much and it is way more convenient than the scheduled buses. I would also suggest being confident in telling g the ski team what you want to achieve so they can help you calibrate which class to attend.

What a wonderful ski holiday. This is the third time we returned to Tomamu and still enjoyed every moment of it. From day 1 on arrival it was 10/10 experience. Everything was well thought out and it is for this reason we keep coming back. Kids loved their own time away from the parents and yet parents know it is secure and safe to let the kids loose. Parents has the bar and the evening to themselves. Topping it off has the Mina Mina beach for swimming and onsen which the whole family will enjoy.

But most importantly huge shout out to the GO crew at Tomamu - Zack (chief), Ida, Una, Doris, Irene, Ashley, Aoy, just to name a few. You all made our stay a very memorable one once again. Thank you and see you all again hopefully next season.

Great experience for the family and really recommend for kids. Everything was very easy and well organised to allow for maximum skiing time. I would like to especially thank Matthew and vanny who went the extra mile to help make our experience extra special! Would very much recommend the teens club for any kids going here, great way to meet new people and you won’t regret it. Again, big thanks to Matthew and vanny!

First Clubmed trip and definitely wouldn’t be the last. It was one of the best experience we’ve had so far. The kids were well fed, entertained and always engaged during our stay. The adults were able to have a break, focus on themselves and skiing too. Room was spacious, modern, comfortable and clean. The buffet food was good too!

Special shoutout to Audrey who was super friendly and always helped with my ski boots every morning. The ski instructors Luke and Emil were really good and made our lessons really enjoyable!
