Kiroro Grand Japan

This is my second time coming to club med kiroro grand and it did not disappoint. There was a lot of variety in the food options and many Japanese specialties like sashimi etc. the nightly performances exceeded expectations and were highly anticipated. There was one GO in particular, Hinako, was very bubbly and warm. She took time to get to know us and made us feel comfortable here in club med kiroro grand. She encouraged us to take part in the various activities like the dancing segment at the end of every performance, making this trip even more memorable and enjoyable.

It was an amazing experience with very friendly staff there who made our trip very special. Especially Arda and Hinako who were very friendly and made our trip so enjoyable when they joined us for dinner. Thanks Hinako and Arda!!!!!!! :)

Great Environment. Everyone feels like family. All-in package make it convenient for all. The mini club to takes care of kids let the adults enjoy themselves

The General Manager (Chef de Village) Zack was amazing. He has so much energy and will always try to make you feel comfortable. He is always there for you! This is my second time I have him as the host, I was at Club Med Tomamu last year. What a gent.

My ski instructor Jon was wonderful. Apart from learning to ski, I do a variety of sports (running, boxing, sailing, boating). Coach Jon is not just a fantastic ski coach, but one of the very best sports coaches I have ever had across all the sports. He is patient, detailed and absolutely committed to his students. Thanks to him, I have gone from going down green courses to most of the red courses in Kiroro, and comfortably too. He is encouraging and I can still recall his lessons. His drills were very effective - (1) pole plants, (2) weight on outer ski, (3) weight forwards, (4) short turns. On the last day, I went to the top of Mt Asari (above 1000m) with my family, and skied a series of red courses to the bottom on clean runs! It was great, all thanks to Coach Jon!
