I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience I recently had at Club Med. My stay was truly enjoyable, and I would especially like to highlight the exceptional service provided by Jasmine from the Front Desk team.

From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff greeted me warmly and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. They were always professional, patient, and attentive, taking the time to answer all of my questions and making sure I felt welcomed and well taken care of.

Throughout my stay, the front desk team consistently demonstrated a high level of hospitality. Whether it was helping with reservations, providing helpful information about activities, or assisting with transportation arrangements, they handled every request with kindness and efficiency. Their positive attitude and dedication truly enhanced my overall experience.

It is clear that the front desk staff play an essential role in creating such a pleasant atmosphere for guests. Their professionalism and genuine friendliness left a lasting impression on me, and they are a wonderful representation of Club Med’s commitment to excellent service.

第一次來到CLUBMED在沒有認識半個GO的情況下，其實有點擔心不好玩，結果依舊是沒令人失望｡四天三夜實在太短了，第一天抵達就有村長Nate及Dylan的熱情迎接，在玉龍雪山下的clubmed風景美的實在美得讓人震撼，住宿期間不時麻煩Dylan，他都立馬熱心的為我們解決，實在太感謝了｡謝謝住宿期間陪我兒子玩的GO們，看他一個人就陪他打羽球的Peter，Simple哥哥陪他打撞球，晚上運動部經理Ethan、Flash、Ayra都會陪著他玩，Sylvenie、Fennys 和他玩 UNO，謝謝你們｡
Circus GO FAFA, Guan, Fang照顧妹妹玩circus,她一直想玩，你們也讓她玩了好多遍，謝謝｡
謝謝Lily、Lulu和我們一起吃飯，每天都聊得好開心，謝謝Lily還送小朋友們小禮物，Zoey最捨不得的Lily姊姊，回來都還一直掛在嘴邊｡謝謝May、Grace在住宿期間在餐廳的關心｡也謝謝每天晚上陪我聊天喝酒的Darcy、Fennys辛苦的工作一天在台上表演完還要繼續GM contact，謝謝你們｡
也感謝最辛苦的bar team，Toby、Rodrigo、Sebastain、Jo、Ian每天都要辛苦到那麼晚，每次表演完看你們都忙不過來，辛苦了!!也謝謝每次我一過去酒都準備好了，謝謝你們｡
最後謝謝我們的娛樂總監Allen，每場表演都有他，每天辛苦到這麼晚也跟我喝到這麼晚實在是不好意思，沒有他我們沒有每天晚上那麼精彩的演出可看，沒有那麼多的娛樂活動可以玩，也謝謝住宿期間幫小朋友過生日、關心小朋友的高反症，Daryl一直哭著要回去找Allen哥哥，問什麼時候可以再去，謝謝你、謝謝Clubmed Lijiang給了我們最美麗的回憶｡謝謝all the GO GE team, really aappreciate!

We had a wonderful 5-day, 4-night stay at Club Med Lijiang. The resort offers great value for money.

The room was very nice, clean, and spacious, with a beautiful view. The entire resort is huge and well-designed. The highlight was being able to see the stunning Golden Snow Mountain (Jade Dragon Snow Mountain) right from the hotel — such a magical sight!

The all-inclusive meals were one of the best parts — breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea, and even late-night snacks were all included. There was a wide variety of food every day, both Eastern and Western options, so we never felt hungry at all during our stay.

The staff were incredibly friendly and talented. Not only did they take care of us during the day in their respective roles, but many of them also performed in the nightly shows. Their energy and enthusiasm were impressive.

The nightly shows were absolutely fantastic! We enjoyed breathtaking performances like flying trapeze, singing, dancing, and entertaining sketches. The shows were high-energy, professional, and very enjoyable.

Overall, we had a very relaxing and memorable holiday. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful and most relaxing time spent in Lijiang Club Med. The staff service was excellent. They were highly talented as they put up excellent performances every night to entertain the guests. The excursion trips organised by the 3rd party excursion team were very good too. The guides and drivers provided prompt service, paying detailed attention to our needs. There were a good variety of excursions offered to guests too. Definitely value for money.

Wonderful Stay in Lijiang

Had a great stay at Club Med Lijiang! The resort is beautiful, clean, and very relaxing.

Special thanks to Jasmine and James at the front desk - they were super friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. Their service really made our experience even better.

Would definitely come back and highly recommend!
