The resort restaurant with Benz, Arun, Yuma, Asim at restaurant with service staff James, Mawar everyone was great. Bravo to all.
The Boutique lead by Herman, Vita n Zelfi was really fantastic. 19 golf pro sho lead by Grace was smiling all the way. The performance & show by the GO was amazing well done. The games etc etc kudos to all. Words cannot say it but coming from our heart is more impeccable.

Our stay at Club Med Bintan was truly excellent, and one we'd repeat in a heartbeat. The resort has been recently remodeled, and our room was perfect, modern, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. The beach alone is worth the trip too. clean, long white sand and turquoise water that make every day feel like a postcard.

The sports center is a real privilege — it has it all, from padel to pickleball to football to tennis to badminton to climbing. I got to try quite a few sports for the very first time here, which was such a fun surprise.
The Mini Club was a highlight for us as well. Valentino and Senia the boss and club lead were wonderful with the kids — patient, warm, and genuinely engaged, which made it so much easier for us to relax knowing our little ones were having fun and were well cared for. My daughter did trapeze and, as she put it, felt like she could fly.

The spa deserves special mention too — tucked into the jungle, it's a dreamlike escape, peaceful and beautifully secluded, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.

Between the setting, the staff, and the overall experience, this is a resort we'd happily return to. Thanks to all of them!

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights. The Wi-Fi worked great everywhere in the resort, the cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Since it was a private beach, the water was crystal clear, and the evening events were wonderful as well. There are two main dining areas; the main buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food. In particular, Chef Yudah, who was in charge of Japanese and Korean cuisine, had a wonderful smile and kindly explained how to best enjoy the dishes. The staff at the Terrace Restaurant were also friendly, and most of the food was excellent—the Korean ramen was a nice touch. The espresso martini crafted by Noa at the main bar was truly delicious, and Noa’s warm smile and kindness were unforgettable. Over two days, I had a 9-hole field lesson and an 18-hole round with a golfer named Richard. He is both an outstanding golfer and a great instructor, and thanks to him, my skills improved noticeably. Grace was equally thoughtful and attentive, helping me carefully arrange my golf bookings and supporting our round smoothly. Heejae at the reception desk, who helped us with check-in, check-out, and a room change, is a fantastic staff member—you can count on her to resolve any issue at any time. Finally, my sincere thanks to Ricky, who made the effort to use a translation app during every meal to enjoy fun conversations with us.

I had a really great time at Bintan Club Med. Thank you for Grace, Jenna, Juli, and the TOP golfer, Richard. Richard's lessons were especially helpful.

What I want to mention most is the F&B team. Whether seen or not, they are always doing their best. I want to give the highest praise to the restaurant and bar teams who work the hardest, in the hottest and toughest places.
