Amazing trapeze staff!! Very enthusiastic, and kind. Super fun and supportive for beginners and learning new tricks. Has a mini, teen, adult, and catching sessions. Thank you Ally, Holly, Sanndy, and Hendry!! Also thank you to the teen club (& Angel!) for all the activities and fun.

Club Med Bintan really has chill vibes and is amazing! I had the best time ever with Charmine and Rita that I invited to Australia! Hope they come see me one day! They are so sweet and kind and made me laugh so much during the first Chinese celebration night. I also learned some French from Rita; now I know to say more than two sentences, bravo!

What an absolutely wonderful experience! There is nothing we could fault about our stay , even though the weather was not great, we still had a blast. Our youngest (8) loved kids club and loved the staff, he has decided he wants to work at Clubmed when he older! The rooms, the activities, the team, the food, the spa, the entertainment was all amazing, but more than anything the effort , energy, care and genuine warmth the Clubmed Bintan team brought to every experience and every interaction was amazing, it made our trip truly remarkable and we can not wait to go back!

A great experience overall! The food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Loved the monkeys everywhere and the perfect balance between sports and relaxation. The beach is beautiful, and the views are stunning.

What could be improved: the absence of a Chef de Village, more fun activities after 10 pm, and more competitions for kids (ping pong, paddle or football) organized by the animators, which would add to the family experience.

We had amazing GOs who took great care of us - aged 4 to 70. Food was fantastic and the variety was wide.
