Fantastic ski resort with awesome staff

This is an overdue review message as I was on other trips after checking out from ClubMed Yabuli on 20 Dec 2024. I really feel obliged to write this comment on the great hospitality, welcoming atmosphere and awesome staff in ClubMed Yabuli during our stay. In fact you can tell how we love it there as it was our 3rd year at ClubMed Yabuli!

I would like to specially shout out to a few of them:
Adi - he is one of the most cheerful and friendly staff during our stay. He truly carries the ClubMed GO spirit and energy. His smile, greetings, and the conversations make you really enjoy the whole environment and feel like "at home". Besides that, the main dining hall is fantastic. The food variaty and quality are superb!

Laurel - she might look a bit serious but after a few interactions you will find her really thrive to provide best services to the guests. We had steamboat (hotpot) dinner twice at the MuDan restaurant and we could see her making improvements on the process and guest experience.

I hope to see both Adi and Laurel soon at some other ClubMed resorts during summer or autumn.

Judy from the ClubMed shop - she was very patient when we dropped by the shop and did just browsing. When I inquired about SPA she was very kind and ran to find out more information for me, and helped me book a session with discount!

My Experience in Club Med Yabuli!

Yabuli is a beautiful ski destination. The mountain scenery and the exciting ski slopes made a big difference for the safety of the skiers. They were organized and the ski route were plan.
The gourmet dining for BF, Lunch, Dinner, were good with a range of international cuisine options.

When what you wished for had come true

Been longing on going to Harbin and Yabuli for the snow and skiing. I really wanted to try to ski for so long and was afraid that my four days stay would not be enough until I met a very talented instructor called Idan. He is able to help me see the ski nonsense into sense and I finally enjoy the greens and few bumps on the blue trail on my last day.

Also worth mentioning Adi as a good host on the dinner flground and good know that even at thr coldest spot in China you get a very warm Indonesian warm hospitality.
