Ixtapa Pacific Mexico

We stayed at this resort for the last 6 days before it closed for the season, and would have loved to stay longer. We have been to many Club Meds across the world and this was one of our favorites. The staff was world-class, the food delicious and the amenities perfect for everyone.
We would like to shoutout the GOs that really made our trip special: Jorge and Luna, our wonderful tennis coaches, that have helped us hone in our tennis skills. Luna with his great entertainment and guitar skills and Jorge with his exciting stories over dinner. Jersey also contributed greatly to our trip by taking some of us on the pleasant morning walk, exercising with us at the gym as well as leading the fun aquagym. Dani, the bar manager, made delicious and innovative cocktails everyday. Yuri, the boutique manager was very friendly and helpful in our choice of the iconic 45 t-shirt . We cannot forget about Daniele, Habi, and Pamela at the front desk, who were very welcoming and accommodating. All under the direction of Daniel, a very kind and welcoming chef de village. Every single GO we encountered was extremely helpful, friendly, and devoted to their role. The Club emits a very positive and joyful energy.
Overall, we are unanimous to say that this club has everything and more, whether you like an action packed and sports filled stay, or rather a chill by the beach vacation. Although some say the rooms are a little dated, they were extremely comfortable and clean and had everything we needed (much better then some of the other clubs we stayed in). The beach was one of the most beautiful we’ve seen, and the views from the Club and restaurant were simply mesmerizing. We will definitely come back, probably in the winter!
